Update to Chisel 2 and Mekanism 8

I'll try to get something on test this weekend.

Test server has been updated, and I added the four suggested mods.  Seeing it has been about 4 months since the last update, just about all mods were updated.  Update does include new version of forge.  So as normal run the forge JAR and then update your MC profile to point to that version of forge.  Then put the ForgeClient folder somewhere and point your profile to it.  I have not yet tested this much other than I can log in and most things still appear to be there :)

Squee???  :o  I'll try it out tonight or marrow. Yeah, been lots of mod updates lately, even the Firepack, which updated about a month ago, is severely out o date now.

Edit: got it to load up, tomarrow I'll see if I can't find a way to make it go boom. (and now to find out how the new Mek Fusion reactor works )

Done alittle goofing around , so far seems fine. One thing I forgot was a NEI plugin, http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/225095-thaumcraft-nei-plugin . Not sure if that can be added before it goes to production. but should't be a problem
